Chef Lanny has been cooking in the industry since the age of fifteen, where he was first immersed in the smells sounds and tastes of the culinary world. Lanny comes from a family of chefs, as his father and brother both run kitchens.
Bar Program
🍹 Ben Goglia Ben Goglia helped create the Bar program at Blue Collar one of Los Angeles premiere cocktail bars, where he is also a partner before partnering on Roadside Taco. Ben prides himself on always using fresh hand pressed juices and homemade syrups using all natural ingredients. He envisioned Roadside to celebrate the craft cocktail bar culture in Los Angeles.
